Cutting through metal can be tough especially if you don’t have a heavy duty machine that displays tough cutting power with a fade free power source. The  Ideal 36-314 Master Electrician’s Carbide Hole Cutter Kit  has thoughtfully been designed to specifically cut the hardest of metals including sheet metal or even stainless steel. In addition, the Ideal Carbide Hole Cutter Kit is a handy, over drill flange, that is built in to the tool in order to prevent possibly penetrating beyond the piece of sheet metal.

Carbide is the key word in this Ideal Kit, as it is engineered into the tools design in order to guarantee a quality job with meticulous, precision, ground carbide- made teeth which execute a quicker, cleaner cut, while producing  round holes. A smooth start pilot drill prevents possible carbide damage by slowly and deftly guiding the cutter to the material. The Ideal 36-314 Master Electricians Carbide Hole Cutter Kit is a great kit for those who do a tremendous amount of electrical work and find themselves needing several sizes of cutters while working on their job sites. The total number of cutters in this Ideal kit is 6. The kit itself includes two Smooth Start Pilot Bits, a  7/8″ Hole Cutter, a 1-1/8″ Hole Cutter, a1-3/8″ Hole Cutter, a 1-3/4″ Hole Cutter, a 2″ Hole Cutter, a  2-1/2″ Hole Cutter, and a carrying case.
