Including all the basics, the Makita BDF451 18V LXT 1/2″ Lithium-ion Cordless Driver-Drill Kit has 2 LXT Lithium-Ion 3.0Ah batteries (194205-3), a 45-minute optimum charger (DC18SC) , a Screwdriver bit (784637-8), and a Makita carrying case (824754-3). That being said, what really makes this product great is the renowned Makita technology that is included in the design of this Drill Driver. Featuring a tough LXT Lithium-Ion battery and optimum charging system, the Makita BDF451 easily produces 280% more total lifetime work with 2x more cycles than the leading name brand competition. Additionally, with quality as its hallmark the Makita BDF451 comes with a Makita built, 4-pole maximum torque motor, which delivers 560 inches per pound of efficient torque bundled in a compact size.  The modern and compact design measures in at only 9-3/8″ length and weighs only a mere 4.6 pounds, which ultimately leads to less operator fatigue and more overall energy for accomplishing a job well done. In addition, the BDF451 has an ergonomic shape that fits like a glove, in the palm of your hand, providing even pressure and easy control. In charge

The 45-minute Optimum Charger and battery, communicates throughout the charging process using the built-in chip in the battery and built-in CPU chip in the charger, it also uses “Active 3 Control” for current control, thermal control & voltage control. Plus, the 45-minute Optimum Charger has a built-in fan to cool the battery in order to produce more overall lifetime work, ultimately making this tool a great investment with less wear and tear on the tool as it is put to work. In addition, dark spaces are no problem with two built-in L.E.D. lights which generate more illuminated work areas.
