Do My Pans & Pots Work With Induction Cooktops?…

If you are worried about the compatibility of the cookware you already own working with the Max Burton ProChef  6500, don’t be! Compatible cookware is easy to find. If you want to test your cookware however, then a good litmus test for you to use, is to check the cookware you own by sticking a magnet from your fridge onto any surface of your cookware. If it sticks, then you can use the pot or pan on the ProChef 6500. A great optional piece to use on the Cooktop is the #6010 Induction Interface Disk , it sits right on top of the cooktop and allows the use of ANY cookware with the induction cooktop, offering the simplest solution yet.

The Max Burton ProChef 1800-Watt Commercial Induction Cooktop 6500 has a stainless-steel body that looks great and is easy to clean. It’s made with durable, commercial-grade materials and has 10 temperature levels, 7 of those levels being between 500 – 1800w. In addition, it has touch screen controls, a function lock, and comes with a 170-minute timer. The cookware also has a detection & overheat sensors that work with a built in Auto Shut-off feature.
